These scrubbers are unique because we custom manufacture them from a variety of materials. A few materials of construction include:

We have units which are 100% corrosion-proof. We guarantee they will NEVER rust. They don't have any metal wetted parts. The VT25PM-100 series is one such scrubber. This unit is excellent for removing acid/caustic vapors. Efficiencies for this type of removal has reached 99%.

The Micro Scrubber line can remove many types of vapors. Below are only a few of the vapors which may be neutralized or removed using our scrubbing systems:

Micro Carbon Canisters
In addition to Micro Scrubbers, Vapor Tech manufactures Micro Carbon Canisters. These are used as polishing agents for our scrubber systems. They make it possible for our scrubbers to achieve 99.995% removal for many types of influents.
